An electrical engineer with a postgraduate degree in project management, he has worked at Celesc Distribuição for 18 years. During this time, he has managed the areas of commercial technical management, distribution operations, the energy efficiency and research and development division, the electrical system planning department, the projects and construction department, and the distribution director.
