Mr. Luke Hu co-founded Electroder, a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer focuses on battery cell design and development. He is currently focusing on building the company's global business and advising Electroder's clients in planning and executing electrode and cell assembly development projects.
Mr. Hu has been leading his team completing various cell R&D projects, developing advanced design tools, and building new cell development process. Under his leadership, Electroder joined the Global Battery Alliance as its first member focusing on battery design and development in 2022. Before co-founding Electroder, Mr. Hu had a decade of experience in manufacturing and technology and held a variety of management roles globally.
Mr. Hu graduated with an MBA degree from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree of engineering from Beijing University of Technology.

Professor Gustavo Doubek holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP and a PhD in Nuclear Technology - Materials from the Institute of Nuclear and Energy Research - IPEN/USP, having worked as a visiting researcher at YALE University - USA and as a product developer at 3M in the R&D&I area. He is currently an Associated Professor at the University of Campinas and researcher at the Center for Innovation in New Energies - CINE in the Advanced Energy Storage division. He has experience in the design and synthesis of nanomaterials applied to energy conversion and storage devices and product innovation processes. He works mainly on the following topics: Development of batteries and Fuel Cells for energy storage and conversion, Biofuel reformers and synthesis of catalysts and functional materials with several projects both with public and private funding.

Rafael Cunha is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and writes the 'Electric Vehicles' column for FotoVolt magazine. He has several years' experience in projects for industrial installations, as well as in projects to implement an electrical work safety regulatory standard (NR-10) and is also a member of the study commission currently developing the NBR 17019 standard. Rafael is a co-founder of and the director of operations at movE Eletromobilidade, which provides technological solutions for managing the charging controls of electric vehicles.

Suellen Ribeiro has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), and after graduating she studied Electric Mobility: Policies, Planning and Business Opportunities at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Throughout her career in the energy sector, she has worked as a researcher at the Electricity Systems Planning Laboratory (LABPLAN/UFSC) on the Synchronized Fasor Measurement (MedFasee) project, with the aim of monitoring the National Electricity System (SIN) in real time. She currently works for Intelbras, a highly qualified professional focused on developing innovative solutions for the electric mobility sector. With experience in the design and development of power supplies, lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, she also works closely with the sector's specific standards and regulations, thus ensuring that all the projects developed meet the required safety and performance standards.
