Electrical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Works as a business consultant in the energy sector and project coordinator. Experience in electric sector regulation, business models for electric mobility, and energy trading, acting as coordinator of R&D projects for ARSESP and as a researcher in R&D projects for ANEEL in areas such as energy market, distributed generation, and electric mobility. In the context of electric vehicles, has participated in projects such as: Expansion and business modeling for the electric vehicle charging network in Santa Catarina (R&D ANEEL, CELESC); Implementation of charging infrastructure for electric buses, including impact assessment and business models (R&D ANEEL, EDP); Pilot development and implementation of charging infrastructure with business models for electric vehicle fleets (R&D ANEEL, Equatorial); and currently, Development and Implementation of a Variable Tariff Model for Electric Vehicle Charging at Charging Stations (R&D ANEEL, ELFSM).

Robson Ferreira da Cruz is a Mechanical Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in Automotive Engineering and currently pursuing a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in the automotive sector, having worked in multinational companies such as DANA, BOSCH, VW, DAIMLER, and THYSSENKRUPP, focusing on engine management system calibration, internal combustion and electric engine development, and numerical simulation. He has led engineering teams in R&D projects for clients like VOLVO, AUDI, PORSCHE, and TOYOTA. Robson has also been a university professor in the fields of Quality, Statistics, and Industrial Technology. He is a member of LEVE at UNICAMP, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and coordinates the Infrastructure Working Group of the Electromobility Committee at AEA. Robson is also co-founder of Barassa & Cruz Consulting and Otsmah - Sustainable Energy Resources, which focuses on advanced telemetry and second-life battery use. He has developed algorithms for estimating the state of Li-ion batteries using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques.

Rafael Cunha is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and writes the 'Electric Vehicles' column for FotoVolt magazine. He has several years' experience in projects for industrial installations, as well as in projects to implement an electrical work safety regulatory standard (NR-10) and is also a member of the study commission currently developing the NBR 17019 standard. Rafael is a co-founder of and the director of operations at movE Eletromobilidade, which provides technological solutions for managing the charging controls of electric vehicles.

Professor Gustavo Doubek holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP and a PhD in Nuclear Technology - Materials from the Institute of Nuclear and Energy Research - IPEN/USP, having worked as a visiting researcher at YALE University - USA and as a product developer at 3M in the R&D&I area. He is currently an Associated Professor at the University of Campinas and researcher at the Center for Innovation in New Energies - CINE in the Advanced Energy Storage division. He has experience in the design and synthesis of nanomaterials applied to energy conversion and storage devices and product innovation processes. He works mainly on the following topics: Development of batteries and Fuel Cells for energy storage and conversion, Biofuel reformers and synthesis of catalysts and functional materials with several projects both with public and private funding.

Tatiana Araujo is a sustainability expert with approximately 20 years of professional experience. She holds the position of Managing Director Brazil at CharIN and is also involved in consultancy, lectures, and training in sustainability. She assists companies in developing their business strategies, particularly in ESG, GRI, SDGs, and Circular Economy agendas. She acts as a consultant to the UN Global Compact-Brazil Network, and participates in The National Plataform of Electric Mobility Advisory Board (Brazil) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Advisory Board in the Netherlands.

During this time, he has managed the areas of commercial technical management, distribution operations, the energy efficiency and research and development division, the electrical system planning department, the projects and construction department, and the distribution director. He has been managing the electric mobility project at Celesc since 2015, with the aim of promoting the development and innovation of this segment in the electricity sector.

Mr. Luke Hu co-founded Electroder, a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer focuses on battery cell design and development. He is currently focusing on building the company's global business and advising Electroder's clients in planning and executing electrode and cell assembly development projects. Mr. Hu has been leading his team completing various cell R&D projects, developing advanced design tools, and building new cell development process. Under his leadership, Electroder joined the Global Battery Alliance as its first member focusing on battery design and development in 2022. Before co-founding Electroder, Mr. Hu had a decade of experience in manufacturing and technology and held a variety of management roles globally. Mr. Hu graduated with an MBA degree from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree of engineering from Beijing University of Technology.

Alexandre Mohr is an experienced electrical engineer with a degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) and a post-graduate degree in Business Strategy from FAE Business School. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the heavy-duty transport industry, has contributed significantly as a development engineer for both hardware and software projects, helping to shape robust solutions that meet the sector's demanding requirements. Currently working as a Business Development Analyst in Volvo Trucks Latin America, he is focused on the implementation of business models for heavy-duty electric vehicles in the Latin American market, combining technical expertise with strategic insights to spearhead the transition to sustainable transportation.

My name is Luiz Henrique Rafael. I'm 39 years old. Electrical engineer. Specialist in electric and hybrid vehicles and electric mobility. I am the founder and CEO of the Brazilian startup Mobiworks E-Drive Solutions. We provide innovative technologies and solutions that complement the development of the Brazilian electric mobility market, in terms of the after-sales of hybrid and electric vehicles, helping this market to become safe, accessible and beneficial to people and contributing to its sustainability and circular economy.

Suellen Ribeiro has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), and after graduating she studied Electric Mobility: Policies, Planning and Business Opportunities at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Throughout her career in the energy sector, she has worked as a researcher at the Electricity Systems Planning Laboratory (LABPLAN/UFSC) on the Synchronized Fasor Measurement (MedFasee) project, with the aim of monitoring the National Electricity System (SIN) in real time. She currently works for Intelbras, a highly qualified professional focused on developing innovative solutions for the electric mobility sector. With experience in the design and development of power supplies, lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, she also works closely with the sector's specific standards and regulations, thus ensuring that all the projects developed meet the required safety and performance standards.

With a bachelor's degree in Chemistry (UFSCar), a master's degree in Chemistry (USP - São Carlos) and an MBA in Business Management, she has worked at CPQD as a researcher since 1989 in the Energy Systems Area (ASE), developing studies and applications on batteries. Her current research focus is advanced technologies for application in stationary energy storage systems and advanced batteries for electric vehicles. He serves on several technical committees in the area, such as ABNT CB 003:021.002 (Stationary Batteries Study Committee), ABNT CE 003:069.001 (Road and Industrial Electric Vehicles Study Committee) and CT-VE&H of SAE-BRASIL (Technical Committee on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles of the Society of Mobility Engineers). He has published dozens of articles and given presentations at the main national and international events on stationary batteries. He has been involved in organizing various events in Brazil, such as CININTEL, SeSIE, Salão Internacional de Veículos Elétricos e Híbridos and SAE Brasil's Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Symposium, and also outside Brazil, at the MaBIC - Metal Advanced Batteries International Congress (Spain).

Dr. Rafael Augusto Seixas Reis de Paula is responsible for searching new R&D project opportunities for Fundep (Fundação de Apoio da FUNDEP). His job encompasses the interaction among government, universities, and private firms (startups and/or established firms). He has deep expertise in energy transition, mainly managing R&D programs for the Oil & Gas and Automotive sectors in Brazil. He is also responsible for the Low Carbon Hydrogen workforce in the Brazilian Unitiy of the WEC (World Energy Council).

Maria Heloiza is a Market Research Analyst at movE Eletromobilidade and has been working in the electric mobility market since 2019. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, she has dedicated her academic life to studying this market and works directly on Research and Development projects for movE, contributing to research on various topics related to electric vehicle charging technology. She is currently in charge of marketing at movE, developing materials and content to disseminate the culture of electric mobility throughout Latin America.

Dr. Florian Wessendorf is Managing Director of Solar Promotion GmbH and Solar Promotion International GmbH. He is responsible for the global conference program and exhibitions in North America, South America and India. He has deep expertise in the solar industry, and formerly served as Managing Director of Photovoltaic Equipment at VDMA, where he was responsible for strategic development, market research and technology scouting, advocacy and policy advice, events, PR and marketing.
