Zhangjiagang UCHEN New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is positioned as a leading provider of EV charging solutions, focusing on the development and market promotion of high-performance charging products for electric vehicles. Established in June 2004, our main products include EV connectors, chargers, high-voltage connectors, our primary products have been tested and certified by institutions such as CQC, UL, CSA, TUV, BS, CE, SAA, and PSE. Our major clients include leading car manufacturers and renowned charger manufacturers all around the world.
We currently have a factory area of 40,000 square meters, also a new factory area of 100,000 square meters is under construction. At present, we can produce 5 million sets of EV charging connectors and 1 million sets of high-voltage connector assemblies per year. Once the new factory is fully operational, our overall production capacity will be more than three times the current capacity. We have established a complete production line encompassing mold making, CNC machining, plastic molding, metal stamping, and final product assembly. We have established and perfected multiple systems, obtained certifications for ISO14001, ISO45001, SA8000, IATF16949,and AA Integration Management System.
We have over 600 employees, with over 100 R&D and technical engineering personnel. To date, we have obtained more than 129 patents, including 21 invention patents. . As one of the drafting units for the new high-power charging interface standard 'Chaoji,' we have fully participated in the formulation of the Chaoji high-power standard and the national high-power charging interface standard working group. We have invested heavily in establishing an industry-leading laboratory, which received the CTF qualification certificate from TUV Rheinland and laboratory accreditation from Intertek in 2020.
